Royal Mail Special Delivery service is always used to ensure safe delivery and will reach you within 1 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Please note we can only deliver within the UK. All orders must be signed for upon receipt.

Royal Mail Special delivery - Free of Charge

Damage in Transit: After leaving all goods are insured by our forwarder against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as "Unable to inspect goods on delivery" or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming, for goods with a value over £500 we require that any damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, all other damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of taking delivery.

Returns

When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, the company may agree to their return on the following conditions. You can request a refund within 14 days of the date of despatch and an exchange within 30 days from the date of the despatch. A) A request must be made to Classic Jewellery Limited within seven days of receipt of goods. B) items can only be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unworn and sent back to us with their original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected. c) Refunds will be subject to the purchase price. Carriage charges will not be refunded. d) For health & safety reasons PIERCED EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
