Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:

1. Items must be paid for in full before being taken from the premises of Classic Jewellery Ltd.

2. Balances on deposits must be paid in full within 3 months of the deposit date, or the deposit will be forfeited.

Returns

1. We will offer an exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be given. The item must be unworn with no alterations to have been made and in the condition it was sold in.

2. No exchange or credit note will be given to custom-made items.

Insurance:

1. All items are insured whilst they are on the premises of Classic Jewellery Ltd. Once they have left the premises you the owner of the item are responsible for taking out your insurance for loss or damage.

Guarantee:

1. All items are guaranteed according to the manufacturer's warranty. No returns or replacements will be accepted due to fire, accidents, misuse, fair wear and tear and neglect or any attempt at repair or alterations.
